Greek bronze commemorative medal from the collection of medals engraved by Konrad Lange, Spyridon Trikoupis, dated 1836. Bust of Spyridon Trikoupis facing left and the inscription Spyridon Trikoupis. On the back Greece in female form comes to the aid of a Greek fighter and his child. One of the 12 medals created in 1836 by the German artist Konrad Lange (1809-1856). They depict moments and symbolic representations of the 1821 struggle for independence, figures of Greek chieftains who pioneered the national liberation struggle, governor Ioannis Kapodistrias and the first kings.
